We have enjoyed working as videographers with many fabulous couples at this beautiful, exclusive-use Edinburgh venue, and today, we had the pleasure of filming Marisha and Dougie’s Carlowrie Castle wedding video.
Embraced by the most gracious greetings, our day kicked off with Claire overseeing Marisha’s bridal preparations in the Isobel Suite of the castle.
Meanwhile, Jonathon joined forces with Groom Dougie and his companions to film their preps in the Gatehouse.
Marisha made her grand entrance to the marriage ceremony arm-in-arm with proud Dad Graham.
Dressed in couture by Martina Liana for her luxury wedding at Carlowrie Castle, her striking fitted lace dress was the perfect timeless blend of elegance and glamour.
All eyes were on our beautiful bride as she walked down the aisle to meet Dougie.
Marisha and Dougie wed in a wonderful Humanist marriage ceremony.
Marisha was overcome with emotion as she stood in front of Dougie.
They were such happy tears of joy!
Marisha and Dougie expressed their love for each other and made their commitment by exchanging marriage vows and rings.
With Marisha and Dougie officially husband and wife, everyone went outside for the confetti shower, always a highlight for a Carlowrie Castle wedding video.
Jonathon filmed the newlyweds during their photo session and the sensational moment they went for a spin in Marisha’s Dad’s convertible Porsche!
As experienced videographers, we loved the footage of the newlyweds shot from the car’s bonnet!
Claire continued filming the Carlowrie Castle wedding and stayed with the guests as they enjoyed themselves at the champagne reception.
Fantastic singer and guitarist Glenn Johnston provided the entertainment; he was brilliant and started the party atmosphere.
Saxophonist Saxingh provided the perfect party vibe with a performance to remember. Trav certainly got the crowd going!
Our newly married couple sliced into their exquisite 3-tiered cake crafted by the local cake designer, Liggy’s Cakes.
With love filling the air, the newlyweds gracefully took to the dance floor for their enchanting first dance as a married couple.
Soon, a joyous crowd of family and friends joined them, creating a magical atmosphere.
The night unfolded with the melodic tunes of the band, The Riffreshers, playing, ensuring the celebration continued in full swing.
Our time with Marisha and Dougie filming their Carlowrie Castle wedding video was truly unforgettable.
