Stephen and Craig had a magical winter wedding in Edinburgh, and we were honoured to be their Caledonian Hotel wedding photographers.

As the city’s historic charm mingled with the festive spirit, the hotel sparkled with lights and elegant decorations, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Our photography coverage began with guests arriving at the luxurious venue, excited for the upcoming day.

Stephen and Craig were married in the Boardroom in an Interfaith ceremony led by Rev Lindy Irving. 

Surrounded by the wonderful people in their lives, Stephen and Craig created a symbolic circle around them out of Lego pieces as they tearfully exchanged their marriage vows.

It was wonderful to capture all the emotions, joy, and profound love that filled the room. 

Guests cheered and clapped their congratulations as the couple sealed their union with a tender first kiss. 

After the ceremony, the happy couple and their guests enjoyed an elegant drinks reception in the hotel’s Castle Lounge. 

Guests sipped on champagne as they mingled in the merriment of love, entertained by the beautiful tune of live piano music. 

For Stephen and Craig’s newlywed photoshoot, we ventured to the picturesque surroundings of Princes Street Gardens, a 2-minute walk from the hotel. 

Against the backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, the city’s historic architecture, Stephen and Craig’s love shone brightly, and they were a delight to photograph.

A lavish reception in the stunning Castle Suite followed, where guests were treated to humourous and heartfelt speeches, a delicious wedding breakfast and an evening filled with laughter and dancing the night away. 

It was a magical day being the Caledonian Hotel wedding photographers for Stephen and Craig.

We loved every minute of creating timeless photography that celebrated their love for each other. Such precious moments are shared with loved ones that can be cherished forever.
