One of the most magnificent venues in the city centre, this is not just a hotel but a piece of history.

It was once the prestigious headquarters of The Royal Bank of Scotland, and its impressive architecture, dating back to 1942, has been beautifully preserved.

In 2018, it opened as The Edinburgh Grand, offering 50 fully equipped luxury serviced apartments, each with unique charm.

Having covered several weddings here, it quickly became one of our favourite Edinburgh wedding venues!

The atmosphere was filled with love and joy as Claire and Christopher’s close family and friends gathered in the city centre for their special day.

Edinburgh Registrar Jacquie Balfour conducted the civil marriage ceremony.

Everyone celebrated as Claire and Christopher married.

After the ceremony, guests relaxed with a cocktail in the Hotel’s Register Club while the newlyweds had their photoshoot.

The hotel’s luxurious decor and central location in the city centre provided ample opportunities to capture great photos.

Claire’s Dad, Christopher, and his best men had the crowd in stitches with their heartfelt and hilarious anecdotes.
