We were delighted to be the wedding photographer at Edinburgh City Chambers for Debra and Steven.

Edinburgh City Chambers, with its stunning architecture and historic significance, is an ideal venue for couples seeking a blend of romance and elegance. The grand interiors and beautiful surroundings provide a picturesque setting that enhances the beauty of any wedding ceremony.

We wanted to ensure we had the best person to capture our special day and looked at numerous photographers, however kept coming back to Love Wedding Photos And Film. We are absolutely blown away with our photos. Jonathon is an amazing photographer, friendly and easy going. He listened to what we were looking for and surpassed our expectations! The couple chose to personalise their ceremony with unique readings and vows, which added a heartfelt touch to their special day. Personalisation is a trend that many couples are adopting, allowing them to express their love story in their own words.

Debra’s choice of flowers was equally stunning, featuring a mix of seasonal blooms that complemented her gown beautifully. The floral arrangements added vibrancy and elegance to the ceremony and were key to the wedding’s overall aesthetic.

 

It was a beautiful affair celebrated with a small family gathering.

Debra was a vision of elegance in her slim-fitting gown, which had a tasteful cut-out back. It was a perfect choice for the occasion. 

Capturing candid moments, such as the couple sharing laughter and enjoying time with their family, is crucial in wedding photography. It tells the story of the day through genuine emotions and interactions.

Groom Steven, looking smart in his kilt ensemble, radiated pure joy as his beautiful bride, escorted by her father, walked down the aisle.

Debra and Steven were married in a civil ceremony perfectly officiated by experienced registrar Anne Burnet. 

They exchanged rings, a symbol of eternity, representing an unending cycle of their love and commitment to each other.

The warmth and love in the room were palpable; it was an honour to be their wedding photographer at Edinburgh City Chambers, capturing the emotion of such a special day.

As the newlyweds enjoyed their time as a couple, guests mingled and shared in the joy of the occasion, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere characteristic of intimate weddings.

We had a fantastic time during Debra and Steven’s newlywed photoshoot in and around Edinburgh’s charming Old Town. 

The ideal setting boasts iconic landmarks and medieval architecture, providing the perfect backdrop for beautiful photos. 

Colourful Victoria Street, where the newlyweds stole a tender kiss and passersby cheered with excitement and congratulations, was a precious moment to cherish for a lifetime.

The couple’s happiness was infectious, and their love story unfolded beautifully in the heart of Edinburgh. 

As they begin this new chapter in their lives, their wedding day will stand as a testament to the enduring power of love and the beauty of sharing such a special occasion in a place as magical as Edinburgh.
