Being an experienced The Edinburgh Grand wedding photographer is something we’re immensely proud of.

One of the most magnificent venues in the city centre, this is not just a hotel but a piece of history.

It was once the prestigious headquarters of The Royal Bank of Scotland, and its impressive architecture, dating back to 1942, has been beautifully preserved.

In 2018, it opened its doors as The Edinburgh Grand, offering fifty fully equipped luxury serviced apartments, each with unique charm.

Having covered several weddings here, it quickly became one of our favourite Edinburgh wedding venues!

Claire’s bridal glam squad for the day was MUA Rosie Fraser from That Rosie Glow and Emma Combe Bridal Hair.

Claire looked sensational in her stunning Eva Lendel wedding dress from Edinburgh-based dress boutique Pretty Woman.

Christopher looked effortlessly cool in The Kooples suit, Saint Laurent shirt and Gucci shoes.

The atmosphere was filled with love and joy as Claire and Christopher’s close family and friends gathered for their special day in the city centre.

Edinburgh Registrar Jacquie Balfour conducted the civil marriage ceremony.

Everyone celebrated as Claire and Christopher united in marriage.

After the ceremony, guests relaxed with a cocktail in the Hotel’s Register Club while the newlyweds had their photoshoot.

The hotel’s luxurious decor and central location in the city centre provided ample opportunities to capture great photos.

We loved capturing the moment the newlyweds were announced into the penthouse suite to a warm welcome and a shower of confetti.

The speeches were a highlight of the evening, filled with laughter and tears of joy.

Claire’s Dad, Christopher, and his best men had the crowd in stitches with their heartfelt and hilarious anecdotes.

It was a perfect end to our time together, and we were thrilled to capture these precious moments on camera.
