Communication beforehand was excellent from the start with very quick and responsive replies and on the day, they were both so warm, friendly and professional and put us fully at ease. Edinburgh City Chambers is a desirable wedding venue on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.

The historic building is in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, close to numerous world-famous landmarks.

Our photography coverage began with a beautiful civil ceremony at the elegant City Chambers. 

Valerie looked beautiful, stylish, and chic in a cream-tweed shift dress from Hobbs. A gorgeous pearl headband completed her perfect bridal look. 

James looked dapper wearing Hugo Boss, dress trousers, a sharp shirt and a tie. 

The two of them, the registrar and us, present to capture their love for each other.

We also had the profound privilege of serving as their witnesses, a role that added a special touch to this already fantastic day.

With the legal formalities complete, we congratulated the happy couple and set off to explore the enchanting streets of Edinburgh’s Old Town, capturing the newlywed’s love and affection in a series of beautiful photos. 

Edinburgh’s Old Town, with its cobblestone streets, charming archways, and historic architecture, provided the perfect backdrop for the newlywed photoshoot. 

Capturing their tender moments of affection, holding hands, exchanging little glances here and there, and pausing to share a kiss made Valerie and James a delight to photograph. 

Their smiles were constant, their love and happiness palpable. 

We had the best time with Valerie and James’ and were delighted they chose to come to Edinburgh to celebrate their love and for us to be their Edinburgh City Chambers wedding photographer, capturing their treasured moments that will last a lifetime.
