First Class Recorded
Royal Mail does not offer a guaranteed delivery time on first-class dispatches, although they do aim to deliver by the next working day. Suppose a delivery has not arrived in this time scale. In that case, you may have to wait for a short period as the Royal Mail website states, “Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form (lost post claim form) as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed”. We will help as much as possible in any such instance.

Special Delivery or delivery via Courier. This should ensure a quick delivery time after dispatch & offers online tracking of your order upon request. Mainland UK: Next working day after dispatch. Northern & Southern Ireland: 48 hours (working days) after dispatch.
Saturday Delivery
Unfortunately, Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed by our delivery partners.

If you are in receipt of a completed order which is faulty, please inform us by telephone on 07817 517604 or by e-mail by completing our contact form.
Orders should be inspected upon receipt, and any defects must be reported to Jonathon Fowler by 5pm on the next working day.
All faulty orders must be returned before the product is reproduced. Any resulting reprint will be at our discretion of us and may take the full standard production time.
Production Times
Our print partners aim to produce our products in some of the industry’s quickest times. Each product has a suggested turnaround time. However, this is an indication only and not a guarantee of how long an order may be in the lab.
Where a factor beyond our reasonable control causes a delay, we will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you because of the delay. In many circumstances, orders will be dispatched quicker than the allotted production time.
