I recently had the privilege of shooting Anette and William’s Bonham Hotel wedding photos. Anette and William’s wedding day was a truly international occasion. Family and friends had travelled from across the globe to witness and celebrate the marriage of this wonderful couple.
The Bonham Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel situated in Edinburgh’s prestigious West End. I began coverage of the day photographing guest’s arrivals at the hotel.
Groom Will looked totally relaxed and was in good humour as we shot a few photos of him in the local streets around the hotel.
Anette is Norwegian and wore a traditional Norwegian outfit for her wedding ceremony. Both Anette and her mum looked fantastic in their costumes, a really nice personal touch for the wedding.
The wedding ceremony was wonderful, intimate, personal and a pleasure to photograph.
After the ceremony, I captured candid photos of family and friends congratulation our newly-weds.
Sadly, it did rain for a wee while on the day, however, beautiful Drumsheugh Gardens was available for us to shoot a few family and newly-wed photos before the heavens opened. This oasis of greenery was the perfect location to shoot a few newly-wed photos of Anette and Wiliam.
Anette and William looked blissfully happy throughout their wedding day at The Bonham Hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed photographing this wedding day. I’ve captured in these wedding photos the essence of what made their day so special.
