As Amy and Mark’s engagement photographers in Edinburgh we agreed to meet on a beautiful sunny evening. We held our photo session at Inverleith Park, a fantastic municipal park area with fantastic views across the city centre.
We arranged to meet at Inverleith Park to do an informal photo shoot which would help to find out how this lovely couple would be in front of a lens. Turns out they were pretty relaxed about it, as you can see in the photos they look great together!
It was a lovely evening at Inverleith Park. The blue sky added to the beautiful backdrop, helping me to create bold, striking images of Amy and Mark. Inverleith Park is one of my favourite locations in Edinburgh for a photoshoot as it offers lots of space and is rarely busy which helps the couple to feel more relaxed while having their photos taken. A big bonus is the beautiful views across the city towards Edinburgh Castle.
Our photoshoot lasted about two hours, during which we shot a variety of natural and posed photos. Amy and Mark were a pleasure to photograph, they were really good fun to be around and I look forward to their wedding day in the next few weeks.
As experienced engagement photographers in Edinburgh, we regularly take photos of our couples at locations in and around the Edinburgh area. A bonus is that you receive all of the photos taken at our engagement shoot. We supply your photos as part of your download with all of your wedding photos, a perfect reminder of you both together in the days before you are a married couple.
**Since these photos were taken Amy and Mark were married at Duddingston Golf Club in Edinburgh. You can find out about, and see beautiful photos of Amy and Mark’s Halloween-themed wedding right here.
